Meskouta and Mint Tea

​Friday's "Meskouta and Mint Tea" day was a success!  While we didn't make tea in the traditional way, many tea-naysayers decided that with a sugar cube, Moroccan mint tea is outstanding.   Meskouta (Moroccan orange cake) was also quite popular.  Sharing tea and cake with students and colleagues was a great way to spend my last day of school before departure.   If you'd like to make Meskouta yourself, here's an easy recipe!
